Refund Policy

Because we sell digital goods that are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the product has been delivered and is working as described.

When you are eligible for a replacement or refund

• The product was never delivered and we cannot deliver it.
• The product is dead on arrival and cannot be replaced within the warranty period.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

When you are not eligible

• You changed your mind after delivery.
• The issue was caused by misuse or by changing delivered credentials against the instructions.
• The warranty period has expired.

Contact support first — we always try to replace before refunding. Approved refunds are credited to your store balance or original payment method.
