By purchasing from SMURF MARKT you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Digital products

All products sold on this store are digital goods (subscriptions, accounts, keys, top-ups and similar). Delivery is made automatically to your account/e-mail after payment is confirmed, or manually within 24 hours for products marked as manual delivery.

2. Payment

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For manual payment methods, your order stays in "pending" until we verify the transfer.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping the credentials we deliver secure. Do not change delivered account e-mails/passwords unless the product instructions tell you to.

4. Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty period shown on each product page. Warranty covers issues caused by us and does not cover misuse, password changes made by the buyer, or bans caused by the buyer's behaviour.
